Women self defense techniques groin

As many self defense instructors that there are, so many different styles and executions of techniques there will be. Common among all instructors of self defense is teaching students vital points, which are the softest points on the body to aim at when defending oneself. As it is mainly men who attack women, all women, irrespective of having ever done a self defense course, will know that probably the weakest point on the male body is the groin area. This leads to the question of: “Are all women self defense techniques groin – aimed?”

The answer to this question must undoubtedly be “No!” This is not the only way, nor is it the final way to immobilize an attacker. As the human body has a lot of different vital points and it is necessary that women know that self defense techniques consists of more than just women self defense techniques groin strikes.

The Family Safety Institute works towards making women feel safe and teach them how to defend themselves. They teach you on how to use your arms and legs as natural weapons. Women self defense techniques groin – strikes consists of strikes by the fist or the knee as it is the easiest moves to execute, apart from a kick to the groin.

As there are certain disadvantageous to particular moves, women are taught to assess their attacker and execute self defense moves according to their own height and strength compared to that of the attacker. As it would be easier for shorter women to execute women self defense techniques groin – strikes, it would be the focus of their self defense training.

Taller women are more likely to strike for the eyes, throat, nose or temple, as it would be easier to strike as would be to execute women self defense techniques groin – strikes. The instructors at the Family Safety Institute are more than willing to make the world a safer place for women by teaching them on how to be safe. This also applies to men and children as anyone can be a victim these days.

When teaching women on how to execute women self defense techniques groin – strikes, it is important that one should not be scared to hurt the attacker. As a groin-strike will not kill an attacker but only immobilize him for some time, it is necessary that self defense techniques should be executed with full force. The aim is to get away from an attacker and is you defend yourself half-heartedly you are for certain not be able to break away.

Take new techniques and practice them at home. Practice the techniques that are more applicable to you. If you are a short person, focus more on women self defense techniques groin – strikes, if you are taller, focus more on the nose and eyes. Identify soft spots on the body that you can strike if you are attacked. Make sure that you are ready and not caught of guard.
