	Frequently Asked Questions

	I don't know any martial arts. Is this program something I can learn and teach? The program is designed for ANYONE to learn and teach. We teach you natural, instinctive things you can do to avoid and get out of dangerous situations. I am not big or strong. How can I learn and then teach self-defense? Self-defense is not a matter of strength. We teach four-year olds how to escape from an abductor. The key is understanding how to make it "inconvenient" for somebody to attack, or continue to attack. Anyone of any size can learn and then teach the secrets of this approach. Is this program more suited to males or females? What about age range? Our program teaches people self-defense regardless of whether they are male or female, young or old. Everybody has natural instincts and weapons available to them that will make it inconvenient for an attacker. Acclaimed instructor Tom Bloomfield walks you through specific scenarios and how to handle them, with specific tips as needed for your situation. Similarly, any adult can teach this program to others. I have significant experience with martial arts. Is this program too basic for me? We doubt it. Martial arts programs are filled with ritualized “forms” and theories. It is the rare program that distills the practical aspects of self-defense into a useful, effective program. We have done that for you. By getting Certified with us you can earn a good income teaching self-defense to others using our simple, practical system. If I sign up for your program, can I teach this material to my kids? Yes. In fact, we encourage you to watch the videos with your children and learn with them. What if I am not satisfied? If you order our Instructor Certification program, we are here to answer any questions you have and help you achieve your goals. If any information about running programs makes you feel unsure, contact us right away so we can help you get clear or fill in any gaps. What is the cost? The Certification program is just five monthly installments of $47.50, with no additional fees or membership dues. Can I pay up front and not in installments? Yes.
